Shipping terms

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the ordering process.

• Shipping is carried out via various carriers. The choice of courier depends on availability, destination country and shipping method.
• Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout and depend on the delivery address, weight and carrier.
• The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.
• Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the buyer. No additional shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Customs, taxes & import duties

• For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise, in particular customs duties, import taxes or other public charges.
• These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the buyer.
• Such duties and taxes are collected either by the competent authorities or by the carrier on behalf of the authorities.
